Do you ship to the US and other countries outside your four regional stores?
Yes. We ship stock and custom orders to more than 40 countries. Outside the UK, EU, Australia and the Middle East, orders ship from our production base in Asia and are quoted to your door.
What does DAP mean for my order?
Orders outside our four regional stores are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place). We deliver to your address; import duties, taxes and customs clearance on arrival are paid by you.
What is the minimum order?
Stock bags are sold by the carton, so you can order from a single carton. Custom-printed bags start at 2,000 units per design.
How long does delivery take outside your regional stores?
Stock orders ship from our production base in Asia, so delivery takes longer than from a regional warehouse; we confirm the timing with your quote. Custom print runs take around 3 to 5 weeks after proof sign-off, plus shipping to you.
Why is there no price list for custom packaging?
Custom prices depend on the format, size, material, print method, quantity and extras such as zips and valves. Send us the details and we reply with a written quote within 24 hours, and within 48 hours at most.
Do you have a warehouse in my country?
Today we hold stock in the UK, the Netherlands, Melbourne and Dubai. When demand grows in a new region, that is where we look at opening the next local warehouse, so every enquiry counts.
